Refund policy

Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Hospitality4Horeca Berkelsnijmachines, Textielstraat 2 D, 7483 PB Haaksbergen, the Netherlands. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right for you.

Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, where the goods are shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, so unused.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within two working days via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanging a product
We also offer the option to exchange the product for a different product. Any price difference will be invoiced or transferred by us.

Restocking
No restocking fees are charged.
