Shipping policy

We ship your order within 1 working day if all items are in stock, and you will usually receive it within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium: €7.95 for standard orders, free from €350, and free shipping on all kitchen slicers, professional slicers and Volano models.

Shipping costs for Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland: €12.50 for standard orders, €29.95 for kitchen slicers, €49.95 for professional slicers and €99.00 for Volano models. Amounts are shown in euros and are charged in your local currency at checkout.

If items are not in stock, it may take a few extra days before they arrive at our warehouse.
