This cutting machine is designed with both performance and aesthetics in mind. Its robust construction, made of a special cast aluminum alloy , stainless steel , and rubber feet, guarantees total stability while cutting. The feet are adjustable in various configurations, adding to its versatility.
The heart of the machine is the 319 mm thick chrome-plated steel blade (100Cr6) with a professional profile, which reduces waste and ensures perfect slices. The advanced quick-clean and return system of the food plate, combined with a manual millimeter knob, ensures perfect product positioning. The classic Berkel tower design combines elegance with a robust design, enhanced by gold embellishments on the painted components.
The classic Berkel flywheel with a square profile is internally balanced to prevent unintended rotation in any position. A detachable sharpener with a single-motion control system is included, increasing sharpening reliability. The cutting thickness is adjustable from 0 mm to 1.5 mm with an 11-position knob, ensuring minimal residue. A wide steel deflector with an easy-to-connect coupling ensures easier removal of the cut slices.
Cleaning and Hygiene
Hygiene is central to this design. The professional stainless steel food tray is equipped with a removable system for easy cleaning. The assisted pusher with a stainless steel rack ensures optimal product clamping. There's ample space for quick and easy cleaning, and a separate compartment at the back to collect residue. The quick deflector removal system also simplifies cleaning. The removable stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher-safe, simplifying the cleaning process.
